This has happened to me so many times when amazon has literally made us go mad with their delivery agents.
Non responsive, rude and not available most of the time.- their agents/ dealers.
The swiping machine seems to be non-functional most of the time. Delivery is attempted but we don’t receive the order even when we’re at home the whole day.
The good thing about amazon is the variety of products.
The customer service is polite and most of the time, contacting them is a great solution.
Amazon prime is a good initiative.
