Earlier I used many other shopping channels. Since I start using amazon, I found it very satisfactory shopping channel. A large variety of products, every time I get my needed product listed in amazon. I thought it will be high cost charging website, but I feel quite amused because prize is very low compare to other shopping channels, not only this they even don’t take any delivery charges for almost all the products. If I don’t want that I received then I simply go to amazon aap and place order for replace or refund. they never delay in delivering or refunding. talking about amazon aap it is user friendly compare to other aaps. if u don’t believe then simply install 4-5 shopping channel aaps and compare it by yourself. I m quite sure that you will agree with my opinion. Talking about its dis advantages, though almost all products have free home delivery offer, some products takes charges for delivering. amazon must try to solve this problem, otherwise all this are vest in amazon website or aap. Instant response to customers query, fastest home deliver(as I experienced), genuine products, low cost, so many variety to choose from, etc. I have experienced over time this things. And I am a regular customer of amazon.
