I would like to share my bad experience about amzon. I bought a mobile case cover from amazon order id - 402-7253768-0716374 Trac id - 6937282992.When I buy this it say 2-3 days time to deliver the product. After 5th day I call customer care to know about the product.
They said it already deliver I got surprised I said I did not get the product. they told me the product is deliver yesterday. I was angry for the custemer behaviour and I told him very clearly sir I did not got the any product thats why i’m calling you.
After that they ask my name and address and I told them, they assure me to deliver the product within 48hours.i said ok and cut down the phone.
After that I finally got the product and pay the deliver boy. When I open the box to see the product I saw that was broken. I did not understand what to do.
After that I again call customer care to about the problem and they saaid me to return the product and we refund your money in your bank account. I said ok and after that I open app and return the product.
They give me 2 day and after that I again and again call them to return this item but they give only day by day but they did not return my money and there product also.
I am not worry about the money that I lost. I wasted my valuable time to do such thing. I suggest you to dont even try this service and recomend also.
