Hi guys!
Today I would want to share an absolutely heartbreaking experience of mine that I had with Amazon.com
Ive had been chasing a 12 string guitar since years. I finally found a deal on amazon.com and ordered it. When it came, I found it in a severely damaged state. I tried replacing it with the seller but it only means paying more import duty taxes for the replacement guitar.
I tried filing whats called the a to z guarantee claim to get my refund. And then I kept getting trapped in the scam. It seems that the a to z claim has been brought up to benefit the sellers as I came across amazon sellers forums where they gave tips to sellers about how to fool the customers and win the claim. The best thing to do in this situation will be to go to your bank and file a charge back.
