I’m a regular customer of Amazon from the past 5 years and till now there is no complaint for this website from my side. Below were few points about Amazon
Always deliver the genuine products.
Deliver the product within the time line.
Registered with genuine sellers.
Apart from the above points one of the best thing is that amazon reads its customer always try to satisfy the customer. If there is some mishappening with goods they change the products or return the money as I have the evidence of both the things.
One more thing what I noticed there logo is also cool signning towards A to Z:)
