My first experiene was with Amazon amazing when I purchased Yu Yureka last year. I had some delivery related issues in Noida from there side. Actually Amazon was not delivering it to anyhwhere in Uttar Pradesh although Noida is in the Delhi-NCR circle. I called their customer care to complain and rant about this issue but as soon as possible a lady picked up the call, she was too kind and humble. He answered all the queries patiently and did not hype a little bit. I was shocked to see the level of their training and expertise. She clearly understood what type of answers a customer want to listen even there is no solution. After she realized me having controlled myself, she guided me through a process, I was completely unaware of despite it having mentioned on their website. I missed it entirly though. She told me that she’ll get my phoned dispatched to amazon authorize store on border of noida-delhi. It was hardly 3-4 kilometer away from my home. Most convenient option for me out there. She was brillient throughout the call and not single she behaved as boring after spending for almost an hour. I’m a very tough customer and never spare anybody.
Like she said, they delivered tbe product very next day and called me to pickup the mobile. I turned up to the store and picked up phone. It was amazing expeirence at all.
Amazon is ahead of all their Indian counterparts in terms of better delivery TAT, customer service, retutns, refunds. They are actually owning the market now. Best of luck amazon. Keep it up.
I’ll give 3/5 to your app design and its size. Please make it much lighter and easy to use. It takes a longer time to load.
