Worst delivery

I have ordered a back cover for my phone on October 15th. They show estimated delivery time is 20 th October. But the product is arrived at 29 th October. 9 days late. They take 99 rupees delivery charge. For a 150 Rs product. When I contact them for support by emailing. They reply my email after 11 days. They said, "Sorry sir, we will check your order details. We will contact you soon". After 25 days of that they still don't contact me. So I can tell you that I face worst customer support and delivery support from Amazon. Thanks for reading. Be careful to buy products
