Amazon.in is a well known website since long. I only used flipkart earlier. I tried amazon few months ago and it was ok. At the time of my first order, it took 8 days to reach me, which was pathetic. I really got disappointed. The packaging amd product was fine although.
Then I ordered a lasor distance measuring device couple months ago. This time it was delivered in 5 days. At least better than my first experience. Then I started ordering few books as the price was great. It was perfect then. I guess amazon’s service and delivery has improved a lot.
The thing I hate is the refund process. I wamted to return a book. And bank holder’s and account’s name need to be the same. I guess sometimes customer buy something from someone else’s account so this is a bad point.
Next the app is pathetic. Very non-user friendly. The buttons, time to load, animations and others features are worse. Amazon needs to improve on this.
