Cheaters and most unreliable services ever

His is very unfortunate that I’ve been writing to you guys but still I have not recieved any satisfactory response about the order I placed with Amazon.in.


I understad because of festive season you all are having very busy days and one single complaint may not ring any bells for you.


But what if I say that I have been a regulaty buyer from Amazon and everytime I’ve been delighted with the services, the way people talk, the way my order was followed up was all amazing. But as customers grew in numbers you have neglected the services for which you are known. You maybe a Giant in this industry but remember, it’s the customers who made you Giant.


You have bene amazon for 14-15 years, right and also worked under Jeff for about 2 years maybe. But what’s the point if customer’s are not satisfied. What is happening, less staffing and too much work? My order:403-7716321-2649940 was placed on 14th and this has not been shipped yet and today is 19th.


Whenever, I have called Amazon they say that this will get delivered by 25-27 October. We have Diwali on 23rd I believe. What’s the point of buying from Diwali Dhamaka if this is not delivered by Diwali. This is very poor. Over and above they are blaming me that why did not I place the order with Guarenteed Delivery. So they suggested Cancel this order, pay Rs 99 more and place a new order and you get it in 2-3 days.


This is amazing, you can not expedite the order which was placed 5 days ago and you are expecting me to place a new order by paying 99 extra and you will give this in 2 days. On which planet this made sense. Poor very Poor.


This has changed my all perception about amazon. last tie I bought a watch for my wife and I was delighted, this time I am very disappointed.


I don’t expect a reply. Ignore this the way last emails were ignored, but I’ll make sure I flood your personal Twitters and Facebooks with my disappointments. People should know what kind of services are Amazon running.


@Jeff:- Everything you talked about customer’s satisfaction in your latest speech didn’t make sense when customers are going through this. You want to be the best, try contacting https://jabong.com and those people will show you what services are called. They do everything to keep values intact. Not amazon, disappointment.
