I have purchased three libras kurthis from amazon.in on 12/10/2017.i received the three kurtis after five days of purchase and which is totally different from their catalog shown on their website.after I submit the refund or return request and contacted the customer care executive, but he told me that they dont have product replacement policy and you have to order this product again and after we will refund your money to your amazon account.but the product cost is Rs.1600 and I have purchased the same product with Rs.1350 only.Hence I have to pay more for the product and which is absolutely unfair.this is really bad service provided by amazon.i never expected such a foolish service from a top e-commerce website like amazon.in
