I am a very old customer of Amazon.New I started sopping in amazon it was one of the good and reliable site.But now a days I notice that there service quality become very poor.

Customer care service are good but there service process is very slow.I was in a big problem when I ordered a product for Amazon but they can’t deliver it .It was a prepaid order.I called amazon customer service every single days but they said that they were trying.?
A offers was came in my app that shop for Amazon before 1 may and get 100rs. gift card.but unfortunately I not get it yet.
