Ive been a customer of Amazon for many years and never had cause to complain until my last order and it wasnt so much a complaint as an expression of disappointment at the way an item arrived. Having ordered a Nintendo Will U for my son for Christmas it turned up with no outer packaging with the delivery sticker and Amazon Prime tape on the retail box, not the end of the world but for a gift not what I would expect. Anyway I emailed customer services to register said disappointment and within a few hours had a call from a Customer Service adviser to apologies. Very impressed with the swift and apologetic response. Well done Amazon. Thank You
