I ordered for a 2100 ma capacity for LG Mobile phone

Mobile number was 9868115354 and now 8800484522 . Order was placed on 28 May 2020 with full payment including Delivery Charges paid through on line payment of State Bank of India from my Account.

No delivery was made. The Status showed Item Dispatched and on way.
It was shown that item dispatched by INDIA POST and a tracking number shown as ED 60981333 IN
On checking INDIA POST it did not show any such tracking number with them.

It is obvious that after making full payment I was defrauded.
So I wrote a adverse review against my order quoting the events specially that a non existent tracking number was shown for my temporary satisfaction.
On a lady rang up to say that she was calling from AMAZON supplies and dispatched was held up for reasons of COVID. I asked then how did you give a tracking number. She had no satisfactory reply but promised to immediately dispatch if we remove the adverse comment else delivery will not be made.
Finding no alternative, I agreed to remove. She sent a message on which when I clicked, I could edit my own remarks and removed. Then I noticed that having removed comments now I cannot make another comment about same product.
Product has not been received so far.
But till 23 June, same bogus tracking number was displayed and status shown pending.
Now today on 24 JUNE 2020, I wanted to check Status. Then I find that all my purchases of 2020 have been removed from my History. This includes purchase of Anti virus which was delivered successfully. There is just no trace of pending order of Mobile Battery for which I have paid Amazon full money of Rs. 869. Now it is a clean slate for AMAZON as if in 2020 or last SIX months I never placed any order with them.
Today I tried to Contact Amazon . It is a reverse call system and after you place request for the call, it writes OOPs we cannot update status of your call. Alternately it welcomes you on a tape recorded message and shuts out. Chat is non functional . So effectively these modes are shut off.
Customer Helpline for Amazon India after a long winding sermon tells you that you cannot contact us on it. Did not find any Email Address for lodging complaint
Is it not out an out a case of Corporate Fraud.
Where do I go for filing a case for Rs 869.
Amazon must be making huge money by thousands of such fake promises. Many have no time to pursue and give up and Amazon makes money out of Fraud.
