Hello friends,


Today my review is regarding ( Amazon.in) the online shopping portal in india.


As per my opinion it feel it the worst ever service provided by Amazon.


As rainy season started so I ordered rain covers for bike and scooter.I ordered combination of 2 bike covers and 1 scooter cover.


When the delivery boy arrives at my address, I accept the order and paid him cash as its a cash on delivery item.


After opening the order infront of the delivery boy I found that 1 of cover is missing from the combo of 2bike rain covers. And the second scooter is lil damaged too.


After finding these problems I asked delivery boy to tell the procedure to return, he told me to complete the procedure of return and refund via app and next day he will collect the damage material.


When I contacted to customer care they told me that no picking service is provided in your area.


This is really a worst and hectic experiance from amazon india.They told me to return the parcel at my personal level.


It shows that how they treat customer.


What they think that customer is free to do such work now.


I paid the whole charges on delivery, still at returning the product they are telling customers to do the procedures of return, then call back to customer care to tell them that I have completed the procedure, and after that for cashback also I have to call.


Also for sending courior charges I have to contact.


Its totally a hectic service by amazon, that they think customer have that much of free time.


When the courior service delivers the item then why cannot they take the return delivery.


And one more thing as previously also I suffered a problem regarding an order of leather bag from amazon, on delivery date the delivery boy told me that it was unfortunatly click option was clicked by our superior so instead of delivering the product return to amazon.It means the product first arrives at courior service at nearby my area and returned back.so I called customer care regarding this problem so the reply was like this that sorry for the incovinience but as that leather bag product is damaged so we take return that product automatically .Now the question stands here is that if amazon is doing a well product quality check then how come they sended me the damaged rain cover.It a totally waste service each and every guys at different levels giving different reasons, they don’t have any customer service.very very bad and poor service by such a such a massive company.now I have to move here and there for returning the product via post and then call for money returns and all.Its totally hectic and improper service, a big thumbs down to amazon for this.
