Bad Customer Service

Writing this review after getting the shipment delivered from Amazon.in. They have Micromax40inch LED TV registered as 40T2810FHD/40T2820FHD. After placing the order, wrote an email to Amazon and requested for deliveey of 40T2820FHD as the other Model is already outdated and lacks good looks.


Amazon reverted with Confirmation that 40T2820FHD will be delivered only as they have confirmation escalted to their retailer. But finally the shipment delivered was one which I didn’t want i.e 40T2810FHD which othe competitor sites are selling for Rs.3000 less. I called up Customer Care and informed about the issue, they kept me on long hold of 34 minutes and finally told to return the product that too after escalation request to floor Supervisor as representative on call didn’t even understood the issue and kept repeating his training lessons. Supervisor even said that its a 50-50 chance game that what product will you recieve.


I got annoyed of such comment and told that I am not playing a match with my 23000 rupees. So finally Amazon is tossing with my money for 10 days from order placement to refund process. So I am highly dissatisfied with Customer Service and Back End Team.
