The best part of Amazon is that products that I want to buy online can be shipped to my hometown in Himachal Pradesh easily and without any fuss. I had some issue with other providers where they don’t even ship some products to my place. This is why I love amazon . I don’t know but I feel pretty comfortable shopping with amazon believing that the price of products will not be higher compare to other sites. Amazon rocks for it’s return policies.
Their customer service is awesome. My friend once ordered a headset and it’s wires were pretty loose and Amazon returned it without any hassles but in the case of my brother who bought a pair of shoes from Flipkart which didn’t fit him properly was not able to return them. This is what I like about amazon. It is professional and ethical online shopping site.
