Hello friend, My name is Sandeep Kumawat I enjoy to buy online product. But some time we didnt get service which are shown by online shopping site. I ordered a DELL KB216 Wired Multimedia USB Keyboard and its price is 480 rupees. Product is ordered on 24 January 2017 by me, amazon shows me that product expected deliver you on 28 January 2017 to 1 February 2017 . I am waiting for product till 28 January but seller didnt dispatch product in this period no one inform me through message and email, when I contact amazon that why my product is not dispatch .He tell me that we try to urgently dispatch your product but on next day they cancelled my ordered without any region. When again I contact amazon for regarding my ordered, why my ordered is cancelled, they tell me that you ordered a product which is didnt fulfilled by amazon and we are didnt responsible for product delivery it is deliver by seller through private courier service . if product got defective then we are didnt responsible. I got refund my money after 16 days on 8 February 2017. In this period my money is block.Same product I got 450 rupees through off line. Amazon also promise me that we will give compensation of 20 rupees for this problem but I didnt get compensation. So all over my experienced for on line shopping through amazon is very bad.
