Amazon is one of the leading online stores in India and world too. It has almost everything legal a common man can buy which starts from toothpaste to mattresses. From a needle to heavy machines for Industries.I offen use amazon for shopping and it is very convenient. I had one of my experience which proved to me that their services are almost best you can ask for.A year ago, I ordered a normal sandals which has nice look on website and gonna cost me 700 rs. I ordered it for cash on delivery. After 4 days they arrived at home. I took the package and paid the money. After this I took it to my room and opened it but I found that it not worth 700 in quality and also colour was faded it was different from pictures. I felt that I was cheated but at noon I called to amazon customer care. I told them product is not same as pictured and it’s cheap quality material. They told me if you are not satisfied with product go to Amazon app and return that product or in other way he will transfer my call to returns department or whatever it was there a amazon person asked for my email and found my order asked me for confirmation of returning that product. I replied Yes and asked for my money that time guy told me there are two ways I can buy something of same amount or they will transfer it to bank. I asked for transfer. The guy just asked for bank details and I gave it he told me after you returns the product money will be transferred in 24 hours.Next day, a man come for product I returned ut and I told him this for feeling cheated. He told me amazon had already provided reviews of that seller and after reading reviews still you feel product is not worth money you can complain for it on customer care. I complained for that product and amazon person asked me to fill a form. He snet me link as text and I filled it. They sent me a sorry mail and message & offered me for free delivery for next order of any value.Tell me your experience and what you think in comments down below
