Having replacement or refund policy ( I had done 3 time they do it within a week or some time 1 month but they do it)
Grate pakaging with safety of product.
Most important they deliver in time.
Customer service in good.
From past 2 years I am doing online shoping from this. I use to order expencive and electronic product from this site only because they had mantained there trust.
