In my view, I understand that how Amazon is making money? Amazon is making money from Interest from customer’s money. Like I ordered a Samsung mobile phone M127G about a month ago for Rs. 11, 499/- which is giving(hanging) trouble from day of purchase and same is informed to amazon also. I had made so many complaints & no one(so called inspector/engineer) visited my place & so called inspector/engineer tries to resolve the quarry over phone only. Neither I am getting refund nor any for mobile in replacement of defective mobile.
I recharged my Delhi Metro Card for 500/- on 19/05/2022 but till date(I.e. on 25/05/2022) the transaction is showing pending neither I got refund nor it is available for recharge on Delhi Metro recharge machine(AVM).
My daughter Ms. Bhanu mobile no 82853 77073 booked a HP laptop on prepaid basis but when she opened the box it was full of stones. She also paid the money but amazon showed its inability to refund neither they blacked out/defaulted that delivery agent/Co. & interestingly one of guy in our colony seen the delivery agent to keep the stones. Later that guy informed us but he didn’t know that they will deliver the package at our home.
Later some days on 07/10/2021 I ordered a microwave of 38 liters. We asked the delivery guy to open the packet whether it was filled with stones etc. But the delivery guy refused to open the packet & cancelled the order it self. Then we purchased that oven from offline market.
