The customer service of amazon is not good at all. They do not respond to the calls of the customer. And whenever they do its of no use .
The product quality is not satisfactory at all. Sometimes they deliver a completely different product from what you have ordered. I ordered an kadence ukelele on amazon and they delivered me a zabel ukelele which is a cheap product.
The delivery time although is not that bad . The products use to get delivered in a short time which is good .
The app and the website of Amazon is good. They have a pretty good app and the website is good enough.
In case of reliability , Amazon is not that trust worthy. They might deliver some product which is completely different from what I have ordered as it happened in my case.
