Amazon.in is not a worthy app compared to its other competitors. Before purchasing I always compare the prices of the same product on all available platforms, but never I found any competitive price on Amazon, be it on app or website.
I had bought a new hair trimmer once, the delivery was within time and by that customer service was also good. Later when I found on other websites, the price was less compared to Amazon.
But the main factor is the price of the product. Our Indian market is very competitive and customers choose the product price wise. So this product is not reliable. I hope that in future this will be taken into consideration.
