This time I had very bad experience with Amazon regarding order dated 14 august 2019.
I had Bought Lunch box and expected deliver date was 22 August 2019, but on 21th August 2019 I had received an email in which Amazon mentioned the parcel is delivered whereas the same is not delivered. I called Customer Support, he told me to confirm with your neighbors, I tried but no delivery was attempted. then again I Called customer support, this time he told me delivery dated is 22 august, so you have to wait till 9PM of 22 August. I called on 23rd August morning 09 Oclock, customer support told me parcel is misplaced.
I replied then why it is showing delivered, no satisfactory reply received from her, she offer me for refund, but I denied because now price of same product is increased and why should I bear both increased price and hassle due to not received parcel.
Amazon peoples not value the time of customer. they trying to make bullshit. never thought. hope less.
