This is on behalf of my friend who ordered iphone6 last year from amazon.com.
She got a call asking her to reach a place as the delivery boy was not able to locate her address. She was delivered the phone for which she has already paid online.
When she got back home and found the phone to be a clone. She kept on calling the delivery boy back and he did not pick up. Thereafter she contacted amazon, who said that they will look into the matter and kept on passing the time.
She even wrote about it on the official site of amazon, where it became just a story of share and like instead of authorities looking into the matter.
6 months of delay game, and when she actually look legal action they refunded the money.
We wanted to spread the awareness as much possible and did not know about mouthshut.com back then. So I am doing it here now.
