Hello friends am writing the review on amazon which is pathetic online site.Amazon has an awful customer service.The advisors are all foreign and fail to completely understand information they are told.They keep issuing an apology.There is no compensation pakage for any errors or inconvenience amazon cause.They keep you on hold for regular on a very very long time.There is also no complaint department, just like indian call centres .They did nothing to help my situation .They have also no training they hang up on you when they feel insecure and for every question you answer you get put on hold for 10-15 minutes.
I will recommend it to everyone not to buy products from this site.
