I had ordered a few books ahead of my birthday. I received all of them except two.
I checked my account on Amazon to track the package and was dismayed to see that the website showed the status as "Delivered" even though I had not received the package!
I called the customer care people and complained about it. They assured me that if I dont receive the package the following day - they would initiate a refund. The next day also I did not receive the package. I called them again and requested them to initiate the refund. They did that and I thought thats the end of the chapter.
