I have been buying things online for over a year now, mostly from Amazon. its not that buying was always good, but yes I can vouch for one thing, despite the issues that I have faced a couple of times, I have ended up being EXTREMELY SATISFIED.
The transaction is safe, online or even COD. The delivery has generally been on time, except once(for which I was compensated). The products are basically good, Generally I go for products "Fulfilled by Amazon" . if you go to the website of Amazon, you will undertand what I am talking about. Okay the best part, CUSTOMER SERVICE is at par with international standards, they value you, they respect you, and not only with hollow words, but with supportive actions, and resolution. Its like, you are a King, and they have to ensure everything right for you.
I am a huge critic by nature, but for AMAZON, I helplessly have COMPLETE APPRECIATION.
