I get my product in 2 days as promised thanks to fedex but the packaging is so good that it takes hours to really get that item out of the box really excess of everything is bad but product is awesome as they listed on there website except the cpu speed they said turbo boost is 3ghz but in this laptop there is no option for turbo boost.when I called dell for this they said it will automatically switch to turbo boost if needed.
Overall my experience is good with amazon more than good.i recommend all of you to go for amazon but remember only buy amazon fulfilled product because if you purchase seller fulfilled then you will be disappointed thats for sure
