In a nutshell, Amazon charged me twice for an order. The total had come to 3k something and imagine my surprise when I was randomly checking my credit card statement and I see that Ive been double charged! Since then onwards, I have been emailing, chatting, calling and eventually tweeting my complaints. Still havent been refunded. Ive run out of options. The worst part was their standard copy paste response to resolve my issue in 5-7 days each time. No matter how I phrased my queries, their response would be the absolute same. So much for personalised attention in customer care. Someone needs to teach them the beginning alphabets of customer care!
