Worst shopping experience with amazon

I had 25K in amazon gift cards. Which I wanted to spend to purchase something on amazon.


All of them were expiring in mid Jan to Feb 2016 on different dates. I was placing orders for different products from Dec end to early Jan. Amazon kept cancelling every single order without any explanation.


I connected with their customer support teams multiple times. It was  a horrible experience where everyone promised they would resolve it and then they would not. Then again you had to explain the entire story to the new customer support represent


Frustrated with this I mailed the CEO of India and global CEO regarding this and they connected with some team on this.


The team acknowledged there was some bug in their system and they would resolve it and then became unresponsive.
