I always prefer electronics product from Amazon. Last time I have ordered Lenovo yoga tablet and a power bank from Amazon.Both are in discount and also give SBI debit card discount of 10%. So at the time of purchase, I used my amazon pay balance and pending money deducted from my debit card. I have received my tablet prior date that Amazon mentioned at the time of Purchase but not received the power bank. Actually, at that time I have visited my hometown and ordered the products to the same place. When I didnt receive the power bank within the stipulated date I called Amazon customer care. They told me that due to product damage they could not deliver the power bank to me. I have requested them to send the product to my current location because I have to return from my hometown but, they denied. After that, no action was taken on that case. Again I called them and request to refund my money. Finally, they have sent the money through cheque and to my amazon wallet.
If you are not delivering a product then you should call the customer and let them know.You should improve some area of your delivery and customer care.
