My first prefers for online shopping is amazon.in as I have overall good experience till date. Many vendor are fake and fraud too but calling amazon call center resolves the problem faster and easier way.
I ordered hand blender by through one of the payment method and I got the sms that it has been delivered long back but I never received it. I called the amazon call center and they refund my money within 2 hours. That was quick and professional behavior.
I don’t think blaming amazon.in for fake vendors should be right but amazon should still try to verify the vendor through customer rating and comments
