Pathetic ecommerce site when it comes to return or exchange. They are not able to solve ur issue. Morover their selling partners are also very disappointing. I am almost gone crazy by calling them and sending them emails to return or exchange the product but they are like, they dont bother for it. They only sell their product after that if customer is facing any problem they will not resolve ur issue.
