“I love shopping @ Amazon! ” - I haven’t ever had a bad experience with Amazon. They are always on time delivery wise, & everything showed up in perfect condition & was exactly what I ordered! Love shopping with them! You can always find what your looking for there! I have been a Amazon customer for over 4 years.
The products they sell and their staff have been excellent over this time. Any problems and they resolve it.
Fake products they uphold and refund.
Damaged products they refund.
Products( within 30 days) you change your mind over, they refund.
However.
This week we bought 7 books and 5 of them were damaged.
We were sent out replacements and were promised that the replacements would be damage free; however when they arrived they were damaged in exactly the same way as the ones we returned.
We sent them a photo showing the damage, and offering to take a video of us opening the packages to prove they were damaged before we open them.
Amazon offered us 20% reduction if we kept the books which is absurd as you can buy undamaged 2nd hand books, or over stock brand new books with discounts over 30-90%
However because we had been waited a few days for these books, because the first lot were damaged and we had to wait for new ones to be sent out, and because we REALLY need these books we had to accept their derogative offer of 20%
This experience has badly damaged our opinion of Amazon which is a pity as every other experience has been great. However problems do happen and they were more than happy to offer a full refund.
However how can we have confidence in Amazon products if within one week:
1 product was Fake
5 products were damaged
I think Amazon need to improve their QA systems.
I am currently a customer of:

Amazon Prime
Amazon Cloud( Trial)
Now I am not so sure as I am not sure about the quality and consistency of their products, and good will offers.
