Hello everyone today I am gonna talk about my personal experience with amazon.in( India)
I ordered shoes on sale at Rs.350 which are originally priced at Rs.999. I placed the order and selected COD( cash on delivery)
Two weeks passed by constantly nagging to their customer service for the delivery of shoes and after two weeks I get a message that I cannot receive my shoes because they have been damaged.
I got furious and asked them to give me another pair.They said I had to buy it at original price i.e999.
And they displayed it as returned.
I was angry and decided that I wont buy anything from there no mattee what
