I am a regular amazon customer until recently they disappointed me a lot. They have a referral program, Get 300 rs gift card by inviting a friend after the invited friend places an order for 1k. My friend happen to make his first order accordingly, when I asked amazon when my 300 rs gift card will be credited they said I will receive after 2-3 months.
When I followed up with them for the same after 3 months, they asked me to share my invited friend’s order ID which was placed for 1k. THey took 2 days and came back to me with a set of rules saying that order should be placed for 1k etc.
I told them, Dear Amazon, I know the rules and I play by them. Can you please tell me exactly the reason why my gift card was not given to me, because I comply will all the rules you have provider.
Their response rather arrogant. Dear x, Our systems are automated, so there is no chance of error.
They never gave me a reason. FOrget about the 300, it’s about their attitude that made me sick, what do they think? their systems are flawless? If so why couldnt they explain why exactly my referral bonus was not given to me? .
Badest experience with amzon so I give 1/5 ratings.
