I ordered(Order # 404-2818392-7277109) a penguin book costing 900 bucks from PBC mart on Amazon.in.
They sent me a fake book with pages worse than toilet paper and printing so blur that I had to place a return request the day I received it. Amazon turned down my return request even though I had 30 more days according to their return policy. I’ve lost my money and I’m stuck with a fake book. After talking to their customer care and their account specialist, I’ve given up. Stay away from Amazon, it’ll woo you initially and then cheat you of your hard earned money. Penguin books should launch an investigation against amazon for selling fake books.
