When this online shopping thin started being a typical Indian I am like ill only buy from flipkart, I should support indian brands and all.
Then one fine day I was just surfing amazon then I got to know that if my order value will be more then or equal to 499 INR then I dont have to pay for delivery charges. This excites me and I ordered some under garments of brand jockey, but when I received them I am out of my mind because these are different from the products which I have ordered.
I called customer care of amazon and for my surprise while talking to him I received a message from amazon that, they have credited xyz amount in my account. I was like wow. That executive said sir its a technical fault as we dont pack anything manually And according to our policy we cant take back under garments so if you want to use them you can or you can dispose them.
(i am using till now those undergarments)
But from that day I am a regular customer of amazon, you might say this is just because they wave off your money you are saying this, no its not like this I was a regular customer of flipkart also but their service is just pathetic. An order which is supposed to be delivered to me with in 7 days(according to them) that takes more then 14 days, and that just happen after rigorous follow up.
And when it comes to return youll feel like king, they will ask you date and even time on what time you want to return, not like other companies in which you can receive call anytime for return.
(Although there app is not that good as myntra and flipkart but still I love them)
