My order suppose to deliver at 12 June. The delivery agent call me after 10 pm and it was just ring once and before I pick the call it get disconnected. Later it was updated that delivery attempt failed. it will attempt next working day. later there was no update till 15th. On 15 th it was updated on app it will be late. I had a call about 11.30 PM and it just ring twice and disconnected seems the agent doesn’t want to deliver it. and later it update delivery attempted and failed and now item could not deliver. Ist thing its pathetic to call amazon customer care as you cannot call them directly. once I got connected and they put me on hold in the name of checking for many minutes. later the customer care lady simply told me that she cannot check details and order cannot be delivered. So if you have lots of time then be ready to face this as this issue is almost common in amazon now. now I have to wait my money to return. So better use another portal to order. As amazon dont bother customer satisfaction. Who will call you to deliver at 11.30.
