I was a believer that amazon takes its business seriously, but looks like thats not the case here.
recently, I have had a really pathetic experience, lets talk of it now.
Marking false delivery when the product / order has not received by me
Asking you to pick the product from delivery guy.
Delivering the product way after promised date.
Exchange is impossible, they wont come to pickup your product.
and the best part is, you get false assurances so politely that you tend to believe them. They will not make any efforts to improve at their end but wont leave any stones unturned when giving excuses.
Lets be little more brief now.
Order ID: 171-0116036-9247575
The details of this order say that it was delivered to me, but I havent received the product. Hence, point 1 justified, false delivery marked.
Order # 171-9855961-0972354
The details of this order say that it was delivered to me, but I havent received the product. Hence, point 1 justified again, false delivery marked.
Story Gets interesting here.
Order # 171-1555372-3575553
Order was supposed to be delivered on 27 August, I receive the message and was happy that my product will arrive today. I waited:( but no product came.
I called the delivery guy, and I couldnt believe that he just said come and take from me:O(Point no 2 justified)
Is this how it is supposed to be? I guess not. But thats what happened.
Now, I call customer care.they say they will take care of it(False commitments as usual) and youll get your product tomorrow(i.e. 28 August)
here comes the 28 August, but product didnt come.
Here comes the 29 August, the day I was supposed to have the product with me urgently.product didnt come.( Point no 3 justified)
Called customer care, got the false commitments as usual.I think I lost my product.:(
hence,
Story doesnt ends there.
Placed an exchange for a product, called them many times that product hasnt been picked up yet, but false commitments as usual.
I believe these programmed robots(i.e. customer care agents) dont understand the concern and how to solve it.
and I strongly believe that amazon, being a multi billion company surely doesnt understand the value of hard earned money of a common man.
Thanks,
Sagar Varma
