Jeff Bezon, CEO Amazon is not bothered with cusromer feedback. He doesnt replies to mails!
I am not here to praise Amazon but to remove the true face of Amazon and its attitude towards customers and its customer care unit.
I ordered a pair of Puma shoes from Amazon on 29th July which got delivered to me on 4th August(5 long days). Order id was 403-4858404-5894760 amt Rs 2399.
I didnt liked the product since it looked cheap and such quality of shoes are available in foothpath which costs Rs 300-500. So I decided to return the product. I logged the return request on 5th August and I got an SMS that it will be picked up on Saturday 6th Aug 2016. However I was informed over sms that the pickup has been re-scheduled. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING RE-SCHEDULE SMS EVERY DAY. Everyday in the morning they send a sms stating that the package will be picked up today and in the evening I receive another sms stating that it has been re-scheduled. I THINK THE RETURN PICKUP SYSTEM OF AMAZON HAS GONE TO A INFINITE LOOP. Today is 10th Aug and Till date I am waiting my package to be picked up.
Now coming to the most important part.Customer Service. I mean WOW. Everytime( I mean everyday) I call Amazon Call Centre at 180030009009 they have the same answer.we are asking the courier to pick up by today on an urgent basis.and to add to the satire I again get an SMS that the pickup is again re-scheduled. What a service from the call centre executives! The most hilarious part is when they ask for a rating.what a joke!
So, to add to my woes.AMAZON HAS FAILED ITS COMMITMENT TO PICK UP THE FOUR TIMES IN A ROW( I have got re schedule sms on 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th August 2016) AND I REALLY DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL ACTUALLY PICK UP THE CONSIGNMENT.
If anyone from Amazon is reading this post then I would like to inform them that I want my REFUND IMMEDIATELY because its already too late and the issue is from your end. If I dont get the refund by a weeks time then I wont have any options but to go to the Consumers Court to get this issue solved.
