I have been using amazon for more than 3 years and I am not disappointed at all. I have ordered various things ranging from cheap to expensive products like my asus laptop.
The products are genuine and completely original especially the amazon prime products. There have been cases where fake products are delivered to customers but that is totally negligible compared to the good qualities.
The customer service is amazing and they listen to our complaints without much arguments. The return and refund is also swift and without any delays.
The delivery is usually on time, infact many times the delivery is much before the actual date.
The app is very user friendly and easy to use but the desktop website is a little less user friendly.
After shopping on amazon for so many years, I can happily say that it is a reliable site and everyone should give it a try. Cheers!
