I have received an empty box with a water bottle and magnet piece inside instead of my prepaid order of Macbook air.

They have denied to accept the claim and threatened me to close my account . .
This is not a Resolution, this is a clear Harassment.
I have filed a complaint in consumer forum today and, requested by bank for a Charge back from the Fraudulent Merchant for this Fake delivery.
