I am a rar customer of amazon.in I have purchased so many things from amazon including electronics, clothes, provisions etc. Now I am writing this review after taking enough experience from online sites.I will tell u the reasons why I always prefer amazon. I bought yureka plus from amazon.in it started giving problems.
I called the yu customer care, but they were not responding well. So I called yu and asked for the refund or replacement of my phone. Guess what the refunded my full amount in just 5 days. Thats just a one incident of their loyalty towards their customer.
I will reccomend amazon.in if u r looking for a loyal and trustworthy online shopping website. Thank you.
