This the complaint against Amazon India’scustomer care service which is robotic in response.
I bought a product from Amazon India(image attached) and I paid all amount in advance for hassle free transaction with Amazon. But neither my product came on time nor did they give my product genuine.
Somehow I manage to call customer service but customer service executive of Amazon could not understand my issue and kept on transferring the calls to next customer service executive with a hold of 5 minutes every time.
At last a girl came over the call but she also could not help me even after a 1-hour conversation. Instead of providing any solution she kept on arguing. and decide from that time I never buy anything from Amazon India.
