Expected delivery date for the above order was on 18th july and today it’s 21st July but there is no call or any sort of communication from this team about the current status.
Monday one of the delivery guy messaged me to call him, When I called him after 10 minutes he said he has already left the premises and will deliver next day and when contacted on next day he said some other guy is appointed for this area.but NO call from anyone till 5PM so after getting frustrated I call Amazon and had a conversation with Harshini M. who confirmed that delivery would be made next day i.e. Wednsday but again no attempt was made.
Very frustrating and bad treatment to the clients from you guys.very DISAPPOINTED.
NoW they have cancelled the order after 2 delivery attempt
