I have bought a phone from Amazon on 10th of October 2014, the estimated delivery date was 21st October 2014, but it did not reached by that time. contacted Amazon they apologized and assured me the delivery in 1-2 days. contacted them again and asked them cancel the order out of disgust. They said that it cannot be cancelled now as the order is out for delivery, but they told me to refuse to accept the order once it arrives. now it is more than 6 days. the order have not arrived. Contacted them again and they still have to say 1-2 days.
when I tracked the order I found that the order was coming from Delhi to Kolkata, it was lying with courier guys for 7 days in Delhi, everyday going out and arriving somewhere in Delhi. then the product finally reaches Kolkata on 20th October and is out for delivery from the 22nd October, today is 27th October and still no clue where the order is not even the customer support assure me anything about the order.
Anybody thinking of buying products from Amazon.in please be aware that these people don’t have a professional ethics. I kind of feel like abusing them when I see there Advertisement on TV.
