I was an avid user of Amazon.in to buy generally Books form this because this site have a great collection of books with maximum discount.
I had used it for 1 years and in starting they provided me with the good service but after sometime they also broke my loyalty because now they delay the services and after receiving messages that it will come today and tomorrow there was no one who came to deliver me my things. They said I was not there which is definitely lie because I was there everytime.
I had sent complaint also to the amazon but their was not satisfactory as they were also blaminge and not the delivery company.
I also must say that the homepage is also not very attractive as it should be to attract customers but they don’t want their customers complaint to be fully dealt with.
