This is my second time I am shopping on amazon.i usually dont prefer online shopping as I fear if the item does not meet my expectations, but after shopping from amazon once that fear has got removed, I brought a side bag for myself and it met my expectations.delivery was also within the stipulated time.the second time I shopped for a lehenga.i didnt like the colour so I wanted to return it, I found the return policy of amazon was also great.they have a pick up courier and the amount got refunded to me.good service from amazon
