Sir, this is to complain that I had won a gift hamper in one of Amazon India sweepstakes organised during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in July 2014. The hamper that I received was already open, badly tampered with and had some of the items missing from the box.
Since then I have been complaining to the local Amazon India team and demanding appropriate overcompensation but to no avail. Neither they are ready to accept their negligence nor paying any heed to my countless reminders. Amazon India staff is only overlooking and trivializing my complaints. This is highly unprofessional, arrogant, careless, irresponsible, high-handed and fraudulent attitude of your staff.
Kindly instruct the concerned department to send my missing items alongside Rs.50000 worth of Amazon gift vouchers as overcompensation for the negligence on your part and mental harassment caused by your employees. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and do the needful immediately. For this I will be grateful to you. Waiting for a quick and positive reply from your side.
